SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS
You could select the shipping method according to your preferences, among the following ones:

* STANDARD
* EXPRESS
* PICK-UP

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the country we ship, delivery method and parcel weight. Standard delivery is free for orders over 100 EUR, Express delivery is free for orders over 200 EUR.

All orders placed through the One Wolf online shop are subject to verification that can take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped. The customer is sent a notification e-mail or SMS with the tracking number of the shipment. A click on the link opens the page of shipping company, where it is possible to view the current shipping status. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method.

SHIPPING TIME
Average delivery times for the order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the type of shipping method chosen:

* STANDARD
3-4 business days: Latvia
up to 8 business days: Estonia and Lithuania
up to 14 business days: other European Union countries

Standard delivery is carried out by EMS by Latvian Post. You can track your standard shipment here. In Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania you can request shipping by Omniva services, then as delivery address provide your parcel machine location.

* EXPRESS
1-2 business days: available worldwide

Express delivery is carried out by DHL. We use DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE service a door-to-door delivery by the end of the next possible business day. You can track your express shipment here. In Latvia Express delivery is carried out by Latvian Post or Omniva.

* PICK-UP
You can pick up your order at One Wolf Shop and Studio Lacplesa street 10, Riga during our business hours Monday to Friday 11:00 - 19:00. Contact phone +371 27859785.

Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery due to Latvian public holidays: January 1st, Good Friday, Easter and Easter Monday, May 1st, May 4th, June 24th, November 18th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, December 31st.

RETURN POLICY
ONE WOLF would like to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the products you have received do not meet the level of quality requested, you can return or exchange the purchased garment within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date you received your order.

You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

If the items were made to your specifications, special limited time orders like pre-order campaign, or are clearly personalized, you will not have the right to cancel your order.

HOW TO REQUEST SIZE OR COLOUR CHANGE
In case you would like to change size or colour of your garment, please inquiry about availability of exchange by sending request to e-mail online@onewolf.eu.

HOW TO REQUEST RETURN
To return goods send us information about your order date, item(s) you would like to return and the reason of the return to e-mail online@onewolf.eu. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly. ONE WOLF will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.

reimbursement
Once ONE WOFL has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail. Refunds are issued on your bank account up to 30 (thirty) business days after confirmation of refund.
If the full order is returned, any standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only part of the order is returned, however, the shipping costs are not refunded (if paid). Express shipping costs are non-refundable, both on partial or total return.
If buyer resides outside of the EU, import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination, are non-refundable.
