7 Best Cozy Sweaters To Live In This Autumn/Winter
A fall dilemma: being cozy and fashionable at the same time. These 7 sweater trends will keep you nice and snuggly without compromising your style.
I just don't get dressing autumnal and that’s probably the reason I’m not into fall or anything pumpkin spice (don’t hate me) either. Fall and winter require lots of layers until you're sweating and it doesn’t just stop with a jacket; you need socks, scarves, undershirts, gloves...the list goes on. However, I will not say no to the chance of wearing a big cozy sweater. Mainly, because it works as a stand-alone item that can handle unpredictable weather and even I admit they give me warm fall vibes and look so chic with golden leaves. On the runway, we saw a variety of different silhouettes, so there’s no getting tired of the same style sweater everyday.
Here are the 7 sweaters you're going to live in this season..
The classic cashmere
A simple cashmere sweater is an absolute must-have in every woman's wardrobe. One of my favorites is this beige colored one from Coaty Coat, because it goes with just everything! Also, it doesn’t take up a lot of space, so it’s extremely easy to travel with.
Who needs sleeves anyway? I don’t! This sleeveless alternative is great, because the material still keeps you very warm and you can even layer it under a blazer for work. So chic!
The chunky turtleneck
So, it’s kind of a fall requirement to have one of these in your closet. What’s great about this one is that it’s fashionable enough to wear out and about, but also cozy enough to snuggle in indoors.
The V Cut
Only because it’s colder outside, doesn’t mean you need to run around looking like a mummy. Show a little cleavage with a plunging neckline or a larger v cut.
An oversized cable knit is just what you need to complete a stylish look! Try a bold color this season – not everything needs to be brown, black or nude toned.
The wrap cardigan
A wrap cardigan is next level chic and will take you all the way from the office to a nice date night.
The long cardigan
This one is great, because it’s so versatile. You can wear it over a tank and jeans or wrap it as a dress.
This has already got me more into the fall and winter spirit and I can only say, I will be embracing the sweater in all its variations this season, whether it be the classic cashmere or v cut sweater.
